BREACH OF AGREEMENT
by satyanarayana murthy on Nov 19, 2007 06:25 PM

As per Indian Contract Act, 1892, this comes under Breach of contract, under which Devegowda & JD-S can be prosecuted. Since they have not honoured the 20-20 month Agreement entered into between Kumaraswamy Gowda(then) and BJP. The Gowdas has proved that there exist Traitors in Karnataka Politics. They, actually speaking, jealous of BJP coming to power. They (40 JD-s) enjoyed BJP's 80 MLAs support without any conditions, but Traited and did not not honour the Agreement. This is not Statesmanship to Gowdas. However, where was Devegowda, who was not a party to the Agreement, when his son enjoyed the power for 20 uninterrupted months?

The BJP's 80 legislators must resign engroupe from Assembly, like that was done by NTR in AP Assembly in 1988.
