Which country has effectively managed to mine energy from wind, municipal waste or solar energy on a mass scale? india has NO uranium - only tons of useless thorium which hasn't proved to be a scalable nuclear fuel!!!
India is being given a chance to trade nuclear fuel at par with first world nations!!
Its typical when something is offered to us on a basis of merit (yes - we're being rewarded for being a responsible, demoocratic and stable THIRD WORLD nuclear power) on a silver platter - we scoff at it!!
.our coal reserves are dwindling and nuclear fuel is the only plausible alternative source of electric power generation!!
