The news heading of the Bengal CM 're-capturing' Nandigram gives an impression that he had lost that place to some other country and now, with his brave army, he has re-captured.
To add insult to injury, he has offered a mammoth amount of Rs.1000!!! "to re-construct fully damaged houses"!!!. But, he was so generous to grant another Rs.1000 to buy utensils. In today's economy, what a poor man can do with just Rs.1000? He can just buy few locks of hay which can be burnt anytime by the hooligans.
