let all our neighbours in turmoil

It is good that all of our neighbours are in turmoil, this way they will not give us trouble.
In past their rulers always troubled us to divert their people's attention.They created troubles like Farraka ,Palk starit , LTTE support, Indus Water,Kashmir & Kutch creek.
