Man Mohan Singh also played a big role by refusing to send CRP ( Central Reserve Police) to West Bengal. Now he made a DEAL. He will not not say anything against West Bengal government and in return CPI(M) will allow him to sign the INDO-US Deal. That was the reason he never sent any police or paramilitary forces, as requested by the West Bengal CM long time ago and has allowed the problem to persists until the people took the law in their own hand to go back to their lost homes.
