maybe u have had free education abhijit...but I have payed for mine...n thank god i did not have my education in the state board...n yes we have enjoyed cheap living but the price we have payed for it far outweighs the benefits...i would have rather a bangalore than a kolkata in terms of the job opportunities, growth and dynamism...n one more thing...i can guarrantee you this cheap living is only going to be there as long as you want to remain a backward state...once you want to be industrialied and want to build up your infrastructure you wont get this cheap living...so this cheap living was only because we chose to remain backward...we chose to remain back for fear of moving infornt...
