yes i agree with u that it is not beacuase of communist party but it is a fact that kerala is well progress in compare to Bihar, suicide of some farmer in kerala dont state that condiiton is better in Bihar. In Bihar people are dieing of Hunger, criminal records of Bihar is well known name one state where finanical crisis is not there
