Human being is always trying to make levels ..it is natural ...for example - in modern world , very rich ppl do not do any care about poor ppl for any matter ...do attrocities to satisfy wishes.THIS IS ONE TYPE OF CASTE SYSTEM NA ? to think someone as " LOWER level person and to do pressure on him " ?

In manu smruti also , caste system is there ...but it is not based on birth ...understood ...
