The likely hood of the BJP gaining political advantage by supporting the Nuclear Deal can be very high . India does desperately need rapid growth in nuclear energy to susatain its evergrowing demand . Without the additonal energy overall GDP growth would definitely suffocate. The public will hold the BJP and LEFT equally resposible for the loss of oppurtunity .
