RE:Report from Governor Rameshwar Thakur
by hari prasad on Nov 06, 2007 02:45 PM

Dear Mr. Dharmendra, one should understand that the constitutional limit in india. The governor can easily call these BJP & JDS people to form the government. But what is the guarantee that this will stand for another 19 months? initially there was a greement between the JDS & BJP for 20:20 months. Even gowda was opposed this deal. later he agreed & given certificate to his son that he is doing well.

after 20 months, the power transfer suppose to be automatic like in jammu & kashmir.

after thier period, if they refuse to give the power & later again came back with support. is there any meaning for the democrasy? what is the faith that karnatak people will have on thire leaders?

governer may thinking to invite a mejority group to form the government.

we have to wait & watch as per the constitutional codes, the power transfer may happen..or the assembly can be disolved.

both these parties can again go back to people of karnataka & come back to power.
