The difference between India SC and Sharia is, SC can adapt and change based on critical logical thinking while Sharia is based on an old book in which the facts are forzen in very very old times. Also nobody can challenge Sharia 'Cos they would naturally be killed. So evolution of Sharia takes time.
Finally, for Moderate Educated muslims, they should understand that Hindus don't care nor hate Muslims if Muslims can make India ABOVE THEIR RELIGION. Sharukh can make money on Chak De but he uses Sharia for his Civil disputes then he is not useful for muslima nor for India.
I DON'T WANT ANY LAW BASED ON ANY, REPEATE ANY RELIGION IN INDIA. THE LAWS HAVE TO BE EQUAL AND JUSTFUL AND BASED ON 21'ST CENTURY HUMAN RIGHTS.
