ONLY MARTIAL LAW SUITS PAKISTAN
by AK Kumar on Nov 04, 2007 04:10 PM

When the Indian cricket team had visited Pakistan under the captaincy of Bishen Singh Bedi, the Sardar was jeered and booed at every stadium, more so because India were losing the series quite badly.

Pakistan, mind you, was then recently liberated from Martial law.

One day, fed up with this jeers and taunts, Bedi walked upto the spectators and shouted out loudly, "fuddi de, taennu martial law his suit karta".

Immediately there was a loud of clapping and cheer, and Bedi became a darling of the crowd and the media.

THE MORAL OF THIS TRUE STORY IS, the Pakistani's like all the Muslim countries are unfit for democracies. They want Monarchs, Sultans, Emirs, or Dictators and Autocrats. They cannot and do no appreciate democracy.

I think what has happened in Pakistan is best for the Pakistanis.
