Well, I just read through all the posts here, and there were several areas discussed.
I would consider uniting India and Pakistan to be a very bad idea. I have been working abroad since 3 years and I'am just 25. Pakistan is in bad shape in terms of infrastructure, social life and the like. So, there wuld definetly be a propensity for all Pakistani citizens to live a better life. Though Indin infrastructure is in a pathetic state, its way better than Pakistan and they would only love to live a beter life in India. This would lead to wide spread infiltration and then we would hear bomb blasts liek the morning sunrise and sunset :-)))
So, like someone said the wisest thing would be for Pakistan to come out of the present state of anarchy.
Besides, though I'am a very religious person, I must accept this fact my friends 'RELIGION MAY NOT BE THE ROOT CAUSE OF TROUBLES, CHAOS, HATRED AND ETHNOCENTERISM....BUT, IT CONTRIBUTES A LOT TOWARDS THE SAME."
I have been working in China since2 years now. As all of you know it a communist country and no one has any say here. The government takes care of its people, builds good roads, entertainment, brings in foreign investments etc. Before coming to China, I thought of it to be a Buddhism "adda", but no.
