The Australian police must function like the Hyderabadi police. After the blasts in Hyderabad, the Hyderabadi police officials made some statements like "we knew something would happen but not exactly aware" etc. One of B.Raman's article in Rediff mentioned that lot of Muslim households in old city area of Hyderabad have pictures of Osama Bin Laden in their homes. Only when someone will come forward and accept the responsibility the Hyderabadi police will make the arrests.
