y not promote adoption???

This lady claims that there is a couple who wants a child and a woman who wants money. Why cant she see the hundreds of orphans who want parents? is it cos she cannot mint money there? either using surrogate mother or adopting, both ways, the parents get a ready made choice, then y not adopt rather than add to the ever increasing population. Another point i would like to stress is that being breast fed by the mother is the birthright every child born and that is deprived the minute the surrogate mother hands over the child to the so called biological parents. is this fair? this is injustice to the child for having commited no sin or crime. I think instead of debating whether the concept of surrogate mothers is ethical or not, we might as well try and promote adoption and gift a life worth living to an orphan.
