adoptation is the best way to have a baby , but all the poeple may not be accept the adoptaion. in that case they have hope from surrogate mother to have their own biological baby. Dr Nanya should make sure that surrogate mother is covered with life insurance in case something happens to her during the delivery. otherwise this is a good service for the poor people who otherwise don't have any means to get money, neither from relatives nor from the government. there are very poor ladies working in the fields just for the daily food, for then this program kind of a finacial hope.
