In US, a surrogate mother gets paid around $30,000-$40,000 (at the minimum) Food Lodging. This is exploitation. The Doctor is making money by exploiting these helpless poor and some middleclass American who is keen to find a cheap solution. How about TCS/Wipro/Infosys starting this as a side business? After all it's outsourcing.
