US is weak at the moment and want us! And, it is the right moment for us to get whatever we need from US. who cares abt strategic alliance with US. If they(US) r ruthless, we are also ruthless. Say a 'half yes' to get our nukes.. then we'll take our decisions when the real 'strategic issues' come. If that good for India, with US, then with US OR without US.
