Mr Prakash Karat has praised China for being a socialist country. Perhaps he has been there as a guest of the Communist Party of China. The reality in China is that the country practices unfetterred capitalism. It has retrenced tens of millions of PSU employees and surviving PSUs have to look after themselves.
