Nothing much can happen in bihar unless People there understand the power of privatisation & globalisation. Bihar need investments on shopping mall, industry which can create jobs & income for people. Today Gujraat, Maharashtra is rich and provding so many jobs for people not because of govt. But because so many educated business and created jobs for people, and it kept increasing. Nitish kumar is trying but unless educaated people form organisation, group, association and come forward to help him create business climate, improove job skills of people, infrastructure. nothing can happen.
