RE:For People Interested in Giving - beware
by DRP on Nov 02, 2007 12:37 AM

If anyone is keen on giving please check thoroughly the antecedents of the organization you plan to give to. As these days most leftist and missionary organizations are using suede SANSKRIT names to confuse Hindu givers.

To give an example: sometime back a movement called Ekal Vidyalaya was started in United States who mission was to educate the tribals and adivasi through there novel scheme called "A Dollar a Day School" or simple put "Single Teacher School" where in each donor pays $365 as donation and adopts a school. This movement was a hit and drastically increase literacy among tribals and reduced missionaries conversion attempts. Clearly festerd by this success the SICKULARISTS in India like Teesta, et al made a lot of noise and even wrote to the US state department negatively. Eventually leftists started another organization named "EKLAVAYA" to confuse Hindu givers and divert funds.

If you want to give give to organizations like Vanvas Kalyan Ashram, Vatsalya Gram et al... but Mind you Christian missionaries have started their own Vatsalya Gram in Bamgalore to confuse and lure Hindu givers....
