UP Elections
by ravi kumar on May 12, 2007 12:33 PM

kudos to the people of UP for giving a decisive mandate in favour of a single party. this will avoid horsetrading and fence jumping as in the past.

kudos once again to the people of UP for outright rejecting the temple / mosque issue blown out of proportion by the BJP and SP.will a temple or a mosque feed the people and provide them basic amenities like food, water , education , shelter, and employment.

kudos to the EC for ensuring not a single booth was captured. booth capturing was the only way SP could win elections , and they lost this time around when they couldnt capture booths.so to some extent mulayam is right in cribbing about the EC , for doing the job it was mandated to do.

mulayam can now go back to his akhada. he should remember one cannot fool all the people all the time.

amar singh can now go back to his dalalgiri. the income tax dept should probe his sources of income especially in the light of his donating rs 51 lakhs to TTD and a Rolls Royce car to his
dear brother amitabh bachan.

jaya prada can now revert to being a bimbette. maybe moveover to another political party. maybe the tdp her old party and chandrababu naidu her old mentor.

the bjp leaders should now consider a change in employment. maybe they can take up manufacturing of cd's in a big way. something they are quiet adept at.
