Unfortunately, it is the Congress party to be blamed, for having the likes of Lalu Yadav in the cabinet, so why not Mayawati in her UP cabinet. The moral of the story is that when the Union Cabinet has corrupt people, why not the States. Our moral standards are at their lowest ebb, as it is all the question of survival. The Congress party should be the last party to raise any issue over the matter, as its own house is not in order.
