The total no of officer cadre job in a state is about 500 a year and about 3000 non officer job. So 7.5 % becomes 35 officer and 200 peons. So if Gujjars compete among ST they may get about to officer and 50 peons/clerks. But they will be rejected by Private sector and face the humiliation of being quota wala. IS IT WORTH IT???
