Looking at the larger picture, a dangerous trend is emerging in India these days : mobs taking control frequently with no fear of the law!! Gujjars in Rajasthan, Sikhs last week in Punjab, Dinakaran office in Madurai, Dalit killings incident and the the riots that followed in Nagpur...the list simply goes on.

The pattern is clear : all these violent agitations are mainly implemented by common men. People like you and me. Even though they are caught on camera, they know nothing will happen to them.
Penetration of modern media, cell phones, etc has also helped in uniting such mobs.

We'll soon get into a civil war like situation if the law and order machine of this country is not corrected soon. No other country in the world mut be having so many sub-sections in their societies, languages, regions, etc.

We are a country faced with extra-ordinary problems but some very ordinary governments.

Violence, no matter what the cause might be, should not be tolerated.
