bcoz of people like arjun singh and due to vote bank politics caste based reservation, which is discriminatory in nature, will not vanish from india in the near future. hence i propose that let us have reservation on following basis:
-10% on caste basis as now, but excluding the creamy layer, bcoz there is no justification for a rich person to get reservation, which should have gone to a really poor person. -10% for BPL (below poverty line) families -balance for all purely on economic condition of the family. -anyone getting the benefit of reservation on false declaration should b punished by jailing him for upto 5 years and or fine of rs 1 lakh.
