Its congress who have no faith in Constitution thats why during congress regime there are about 50 amendments in constitution. Further it is Congress who amended Constitution to appease muslims,(shahbano case) despite the Supreme Court's ruling which was exactly as per the Baba's Constitution. No body now believes in caste system. Dalit are treated well and equally. Sometimes uppercastes are also treated as animals by the law enforcing agencies. So this is not the particular case with dalits. Manu has become out of date and is irrelevant now. Its Mayawati who fetched votes by spreading hate in the name of Manu in last elections.
