W ehave to know taht area and population of goa where in other parts of India the same area/population will have only 2 MLA's Goa has 40 it is very easy to sway the voters a canditate with money power can easily win from Goa as many constituencies in goa have electorate of less than 5000 like we saw in last poll where a canditate gifted a hero honda motercycle to all families in his constituency and he ewasily won,These canditates are more interested in recovering money that they have spent that is why there is no/less development and lot of party switching
