goans r far better then the rest of the country... its the most peaceful and safest state in the country... infrastructure wise its among the best.. thats all because we goans dont indulge in politics of religion and caste.. we work for the welfare of all goans regardless of caste, creed and religion... u guys wont understand the culture of goa, u just arent mature enough..
