dear broother.mosque is home of ALLAH.& any body can build it.i dont know!wat is the motto of miltry.but its not true that non muslims cannot build the mosques.we have many examples,that,many non muslim brothers have built the mosques for muslims.and vice varca muslims have built temples for non muslism.prophet mohammad(PBHU}have used the things invented by othres.even of JEWS(hardcore opponants of prophet mohammad,& islam).v should not get carried away with these type of fatwas.
