I think it makes sense for secretary Dr. Kakodkar to make it public. this bares the fact that the govt in the center is trying to hush up things and pushing the nuclear deal before we reach a stage where the scientists can evaluate the state of self sufficiency we can reach... the bureaucrats n the politico are trying to suppress the opinion of scientific community before getting into such a deal where instead of achieving energy security we are getting energy Insecurity...
