i think the main problem that this situation came is that after freedom of india people from different parts of India were not allowed to settle in J&K so now terrorist have just removed Kashmiri pandits and now only Kashmiri muslims are left in Kashmir.Kashmir should also be like other indian state then if there are a lot of different people in state then no particular party or religion can dictate.
