1. Division of J & K into 4 areas - Jammu, Kashmir Valley, Ladakh 2. Full integration of Jammu and Ladakh with India as full states w/o article 370 3. More autonomy to the Valley. For example, only currency, defense, communications, foreign affairs with New Delhi; rest all subjects under control of Kashmiris. 4. Designated areas for Kasmiri Hindus in the Valley with appropriate security guarantees.
