There is a movement in Tamil Nadu which wants all prayers in temples to be in Tamil, not in sanskrit. They also want objectionable portions of scriptures to be removed, like reference to untouchability. It is time for simillar reform in islam, so that the religion is localised and violent verses are removed. I don't think God, whether he be the Hindu god or the Muslim god, is going to object if you tune the religions towards love.
