This was planted by a Bangladeshi terrorist, under orders from Congress and Musharraf. Reason:
1. Musharraf agreed to chip in as he wants to divert attention regarding issues at home. 2. Congress wants to 'punish' muslims and hindus for not voting for them recently, and had planned to blame it on 'Modi'. As per their plan, they thought muslims will retaliate and kill hindus. That way both will die. 3. They both hired a Bangladshi called Mokhtar Mokadir Rehmatulla Bushra, to do this so that, if caught, the blame will not fall on Congress.
