Today indirectly Higher education is privatised, either owned by a Big politicians or Some caste based group especially Minority grp. These are like a private limited comp. Fees is just too much for a poor UPPER caste ppl.
earlier these institution used to have 75% govt and 25% Management now it is reverse in KARNATAKA.
When this is the situation how will upper caste poor will get educated? Do u have ans PM
