There should be reservation for priest positions across all temples similar to what it is in jobs. Balmiki ,Vyas can become Brahmin from Dalit , why cannt it happen today?Let us redefine the classes of society Brahmin: Priest of High earning Temple/Mosques/Churches,Beaurocrats, Other Intellectuals like Docters, Academicians
Chhatriyas:Defence Personnels,Politicians
Vaishyas:All Business People, Educated Professionals like IT,Film Industry people etc.
Shudra:all service professionals doing low-level jobs, Farmers(not farm owners),agricultural labourers,unemployds,employed below Rs. 5000 a month ,coolies , rickshaw Pullers etc.
Give reservation to all shudras and do some affirmative action for other classes
