I am certainly persuaded by Sri Raghotham's variations on the above theme ,that the US ABC123 insistence on "No Further Nuclear Testing " if the 'Deal is not to be broken on these terms or/and other such qs . that tell on our right to live as autonomous sovereign democracy untied to US agenda in the Middle-East, is essentially hubris of Bush desires to make ManmohanSingh " another Tony Blair Poodle" wagging his tail at expressed and unexpressed whims of the Texan Tycoon!
We must if we wish to keep our confidence in our credible Nuclear -Weapon deterrent capability specifically owing the closing the Dragon-net Chinese are spreading across the Indian seas from Bay of Bengal , Seycelles, Gwadar ,and somewhat closer to Srilanka and Maldiv as well as high Ch. Rail reaching soon almost to borders of Nepal in a short while along the threats about Arunachal Pradesh, ( Tawang and
other scantily covered Snowline Posts of the Indian Army )It would be nothing short of living in complacency of the Ostrich burying its head in Sands when threatened...D. Goel
