We must if we wish to keep our confidence in our credible Nuclear -Weapon deterrent capability specifically owing the closing the Dragon-net Chinese are spreading across the Indian seas from Bay of Bengal , Seycelles, Gwadar ,and somewhat closer to Srilanka and Maldiv as well as high Ch.
