RE:Why non-arabs embrace/follow Islam?
by Ibrahim Sheik on May 16, 2007 11:28 AM

Dear Anand Iyer,
Each Sura has a Deep Context, the verses that you have mentioned are not contradicting at all..Since Mohammed is an Arab and he started his Mission from Mecca, the listeners of his Preachings are Arabs, so it will be Logical for everyone to have revealations in Arabic, that is OK.. But once the mission is accomplished in Arabia, also the Koran is for the entire Human Beings, it is the duty of every beleiver to put forth the message of GOD.. Even in Mohammed's life time, this message is taken for all the Surroundings of Arabia to Rome, Egypt, Persia and Central Africa....
My advise is

Let me give you an example of your Stupidity.. Using Hindu Scriptures...
We all know MahaBharatha, Krishna asks Arjuna "KILL YOUR GRAND FATHER" can I Cut only that line from GITA and Conclude that, Hinduism allows killing of Grand Father ???
It is stupidity to just take a few lines here and there and come to a conclusion.. I have to read the entire GITA to understand why Krishna asks Arjuna to kill his Grand Father.. Similarly you have to read the Context of SURA in KORAN before Interpretations...
