Islam never Permits LOOT, RAPE and MURDER of Muslims but declares it as ligitimate if commited on non-muslims.
Even in War, you are only suppose to defend, you are not allowed to kill Children, Women and Old... Not even allowed to Cut Trees.... Because these people should be taken as hostages wherein Women should be sent to Harem and remaining will serve as slaves.
