it is not that, we cannot do it by ourselves, only thing it will take longer.
russia is already willing to give us the technology without any strings (tho they demand lot of money for it) without any international council crap. i would say if russia gives us the technology for money (without any return uranium shit), if we have the money, just buy it from them.
i think we should get this done by any means without compromising on any of our conditions. because we need this for energy creation for the sake of our billiion people.
