University open is always a good thing and not comparable to communal politics. What I feel bad personally is the way it is pursued. Governor raising voice due to certain reason shud be entertained with intelluctual mind in speedy manner. UP being a complicated case of politics shud be handled such taking the consent of all parties and not in this manner where no parties took part. Anyway I rejoice with this news to make UP a better and literate state.
