People discriminate Tamil nadu becoz they have to face discrimination in Tamilnadu. They are treated as foriegners in Tamilnadu. People don't even care to speak to them in a nice manner. However this is not the case in Delhi... They are treated in par with Delhities.. I m not a Delhitie but I m saying wat I observed during my stint in Delhi..
