SHAME ON WHO DON'T VOTE

it very shame ful act not to vote.it is not the right only but duty also.E.C. should take strict measures against nonvoting.show cause notice should be issued to all such & to be asked to give reasons in written how one could not vote.if we don't vote then we don't have any right to claim ourself a citizen.
