The demand for CBI enquiry in fake encounters in Gujarat seems to be valid. Even the Apex court saw the Prima facia case in this matter. There should be enquiry for all encounters allegedly on the name of Lashkar associate, ISI agents etc. Hundreds of innocent youth killed and thousands are rottening in our jails. By the way is there any facts and figures available about CBI hardwork. How many cases referred to CBI, How many investigated, how many person were arrested, how many prosecuted and above all , how many actually sentenced.
