When Pandits are killed by Muslim terrorists in Kashmir ,all papers write the news as innocents killed by terrorists and u dont need intervention of court to say ,these pandits were killed unjustly or justified .Bcoz straightaway u can say pandits are innocent .And Indian govt doesnt give award to those terrorists for killing pandits .But when an innocent muslim is killed by Police(terrorists) ,they just close the case by saying he/she was a terrorist(just keep one urdu letter in the slained person's pocket for proof) .So here we need court to prove that he was an innocent .
