OBC can't beat the thousand years of Genetic advantage of uppecast to get seat under merit in IIT/IIMS.the quota is the only solution to get seats in elite institutions.
The parliment having power to cover this uppercast judjement made by the SC.
The Uppest talking about the Quality., what quality having an Indian MBBS abroad?? Nothing they will through the certificate to the waste bucket and ask the Candidate to do atleast 2 years MD in Abroad for a job.
We can't create a equallent brain power in India., that is our culture. Time is require to full fill the generation Gap between the Upper and OBC here.
And remember one more thing, Nobody is given the key of Indian quality control to the upper cast here.
