Reservations should be made based on one's financial status. And this survey has to be done on a systematic manner. A person declared OBC this year could become financially sound after few years and that is the time his OBC status should be stripped off. And due to extended families/new generation a new OBC candidate replaces him. This reservation should not be done based on CASTE / RELIGION. There are many Brahmins living in abject poverty and still could not make it to Medical / Engineering as they are FC. This evil system should disappear from the country. When western/arab countries blame India for their caste system, people converting to their religions calling themselves DALIT where there is no such caste in our religion. Hold your religion with pride and don't call yourself as any OBC community just to get quota seats. Government can create such database with the help of ration cards and individual's salary certificate and his assets. Faulters should be dealt with iron hands.
