It is nice to read the article. If India/Bihar want to progress with education is the way. What Nitish Govt is doing in Bihar to promote school education should have been done since independence. All expediture for construction of new classrooms should directly be done by villagers and teachers jointly and not by PWD. Also teachers should also be directly made responsible to villagers. Keep it up Bihar.
