Thanks to Rediff publishing this article and thanks to Nitish Kumar for changing the face of my beloved state. We all should join our hands to extricate our state from backwardness and show the world that Biharies is poor but no way criminal-headed and we have the ability to perform as good as the people of any other state in any of the fields.
